Just so You Know....

Life has been proceeding as usual. No untoward happenings have occurred, and neither has anything particularly exciting. It's gotten a lot colder; I've finally had to break out the winter coat my parents sent me instead of the heavy jacket that I've been borrowing.
Curiously enough, my classmates find my Slovak textbook, which I've been working with during school recently, absolutely fascinating, and mildly amusing. I have no idea why. I don't find their English textbooks fascinating and mildly amusing. Oh well. At least when they find it amusing, it has to do with the weird cartoons, or the fact that whoever was picking out the song scraps that appear at the end of each chapter are folk songs, not the quality of the Slovak I'm learning.
I have also discovered, somewhat to my dismay, that I get to try to figure out what to give a guy who I've barely spoken thirty words to over the course of our exchange as a Secret Santa gift. Excuse me while I go bang my head against a wall repeatedly.

So, you might be interested in knowing why I'm even bothering to write this. I'll tell you: I'm bored. Right now, it's Informatika, aka 'Computer Lab' for my class, and our teacher is MIA, along with (apparently) all the girls in my section of the lab, although, they might just be in a different section, or skipping on lab. I find it hard to believe that they're all gone. Now, I'm willing to concede that the teacher being gone doesn't really affect me anyways, as I normally take over a spare computer, and he pretty much just ignores me, as the vast majority of my teachers do, but I do miss having some of the girls in my class around. They did occasionally talk to me, after all. Oh well. Such is life.
I really want some bračova ciganská right now....

And that's all there is. There isn't anymore.
